The question is not quite clear. If your query is the maximum wickets taken by G.D. Mc Grath of Australia, the answer is
555 Wickets from 122 Test Matches and 342 wickets from
230 One Day Internationals.

His highest score as far as batting is concerned is 61 Runs in
Test Match ad 11 runs in ODI

Though the questions is not very clear, I feel that you want to know what a batsman should do to take maximum run when McGrath is bowling. Well, this is a very good question. It is really tough to score when McGrath is bowling even when he is at his 60% of level best as he is very accurate.

Now if you want to score of him, you can't just wait for him to bowl a bad delivery because that won't happen often. Instead a batsman should try to disturb his line and length by improvizing, coming down the track and hitting him over the infield and making him frustrated. McGrath gets frustrated very quickly because he is bowling with 100% accuracy and when that ball goes to 4 or 6, he gets disturbed by it. Certainly, a batsman have to keep in mind with that by doing this, he is inviting McGrath to strike with more determination but this is the only way to disturb his line and length and score maximum of him. If you want to see a video where Glenn McGrath was hit for 5 fours in a row by Abdul Razzaq in VB Series, this is the link.

I hope this answers your question.
