It should simply unscrew. You can install any new one that you buy at a store such as Bed Bath and Beyond.

Normally you just unscrew the old one and screw on the new one.... a little telelon tape is a good idea too.... make sure you don't unscrew it from the wall... that can happen sometimes when the head is STUCK from hard water.... (hence the tefelon tape).... make sure you get the same type of shower head to screw on too.. some have a round ball on the end that is a little different... but it's still pretty straight forward and I've yet to see a shower head not come with directions and a help line if you should need it....

buy a shower head read the installation booklet call customer service if you have trouble
