For one you should not be worrying about money and time planning. If you want her to say yes...it takes time to plan. Pick something you both like to do...well something she likes to do more than you do...and don’t make it obvious. She will know. If she doesn't like crowds or public places don’t do it there. If she is a die hard basketball fan then maybe it’s an idea. Getting the point? Make it memorable for her...not just another day. But don’t make it stick out as a "THE day" until that moment you ask her. Make sure you are on one or both knees, women love that. You have to let them look down into your eyes for just this one time. Also include taste, smells, sounds, etc. into this day so she can remember that. For example, my fiancé just proposed to me this past August. We were walking on the beach after dinner on our first night of vacation. We go on this vacation every year so I did not expect this at all. It was normal for us. But when I look back I can see he made it different this time. For example, we rented a house and not a hotel. We went out to eat at an inn and not a restaurant. He asked me to use the navigation system to find a beach this time and did not hog the directions himself. Little things like that. The night was peaceful. Frank was playing in the background. The flashlight he brought but forgot the shell bucket in the jeep, etc. Nothing clicked until I bent down for my first find and got up to see the box...then I feel in the sand, hyperventilating but I did say yes! It was not flashy-fancy but it was memorable and that is what she will remember. The love, time, and effort you put into it will give you the yes or no, not the money or cost of it. Hope this helps!

before proposing her take few days n make her feel that u care for her , u understand her n her emotions , u respect her thinking n way she is through ur acts n then after when u feel u have made her quiet confident abt u then propose her..
its not the way that impresses the gal but the words , the magical words that a guy says to her . if u r meeting her daily u ll get thousands of chances to propose her in a day.
like may be when your both eyes meet during ur lunch just say i love u n make her surprise . but give her sometime to answer u bcoz not always one is able to take surprises...........

just follow your heart and do what it tells you don't think too much about it the simplest things mean so much to women. If it's right you'll have no problems doing it.
