ganyang=crush or destroy
malaysia=malaysia
so 'crush or destroy malaysia'

this rhethorical words was first used by dictatorial President Soekarno of Indonesia in early 60's for his own political gain during confrontation between Indonesia and Malaysia following his dissatisfaction over formation of new nation called Malaysia way back in 1963. His political dream turned nightmare when he was ganyang-ed by his own people, lead by General Soeharto who became a president after his attempted coup de etat succeeded

luckily he didn't really crush us, otherwise his people won't be able to make living here in malaysia.

Oh well.... Boss had answered the Question... Mine will be the same like Bosss'. Just wanna add something...

This phrase shows a hatred towards Malaysia & Malaysian. And if your friend often said it, it means that he/she hate Malaysian & the country... So you better advice him not to go to Malaysia or he will be CRUSHED with C2!
