What's the usual amount of blood to indicate that it has been broken? She has not had sexual intercourse but the first time she acheived an orgasm there were a few drops of blood, does that mean she broke her hymen?

doubtful.. however things like tampons and riding bikes and stuff can. So you never know.

As said, there's the big difference between possible and probable. The hymen is not a very strong tissue at all. Simply stretching out a certain way can tear it. In fact, it can easily be mistaken for just a random pain while riding a horse or feel like over stretching in various exercise.
Can external masturbation break it? Absolutely. Will it? There's deciding factors, like force, body positioning, and of course that dreaded "it depends on the person" applies here, because everyone is built differently, and down there is no exception.
I would assume that it wouldn't under normal circumstances though.

Masturbation normally takes place externally. Any type of masturbation would result in the break of hymen. Even certain physical activities like athletics etc. would result in this. Hymen is a very thin tissue and even regular school/office goers would suffer this.

External masturbation is unlikely to break the hymen, but the older one gets there are more chances of things that could have broken it.

I guess the item you are using and the force you apply really determine this.If she was using a dildo, vigourously for example im sure it'd break and explain the drops of blood.but riding a bicycle,is more like what you'd call internal masturbation.its just a person rubbin against curved surface.
but why is she even worried..its not like her mother is going to check her hymen, or is she? wierd!

before everything in case you're this undereducated approximately intercourse, then you relatively shouldnt be masturbating OR having intercourse. NO you may no longer destroy the hymen from exterior masturbation. Sheesh study a e book already

PROBABLY not. It depends on how...um...vigorously she was masturbating. Just about anything can break a hymen if too much force is used, from using a tampon to riding a bicycle.
As per your edit: Yes, then, it probably was broken (at least partially). If there was pain, then definitely.

unless there's internal manipulation..
bleeding and pain means it most likely broke.. maybe she was shy to tell u that she inserted her fingers..
