In your leaving, we would like to congratulate you on the wonderful job you have done. Your determination and loyalty *made you of a wonderful assistance* and your performance was most certainly to our satisfaction. It was pleasure to work with you.

No.

First of all, you don't want to use two "wonderfuls" so close to one another. It's of bad form to not find a new adjective.

Secondly, "made you of a wonderful assistance" simply doesn't make sense. Try, "Your determination and loyalty were of great assistance..."

WITH your leaving....

...your performance was most certainly to our satisfaction. Is the person an actor? This statement sounds stinted and like the person did a mediocre job.
