I'm not sure what TTC is but I've never heard of juice causing a miscarriage. Ask your doctor. Wish I could've been more help.

Pineapple juice is fine. However juice in general has alot of sugar and useless calories. Instead of drinking juice, drink water and eat the actual fruit of the juice you like. Nutrition plays a big part in fertlity. Many women have a difficult time conceiving and then they change the food they eat and it becomes much easier. Vitamin E or lack their of does not cause Anemia. Most anemia(not all), is due to an insufficiancy of iron which leads to a low level of hemoglobin. Pineapple juice will not help or hinder this. Being anemic does not cause miscarriages. I have always had anemia issues and have never had a miscarriage.

Pineapple juice can cause a lack of absorption of vitamin e, which can cause anemia which may increase the chance of a miscarriage. If you drink it in moderation, you should be fine. Unless, you have a history or family history of anemia. Try to stay away from fish with high mercury content because this can cause mercury poisoning for your baby. Canned Tuna fish is ok, but again, in moderation. The tuna in canned tuna are usually too small to be sold as fresh tuna steaks etc, causing them to have lower levels of mercury. No more than 3 cans a week. Avoid deli meats because there's a bacteria that's often found on deli meat, our bodies when we're not pregnant produce antibodies that help to fight off that bacteria, but not when you're pregnant. If you get "morning sickness" from a scent or a taste, that's usually your body telling you not to eat that at this time... for good reason. Your body may not need that food you're eating. Take your prenatal vitamins now. No smoking, drinking or drugs. Eat more breads and grains. Carbohydrates are extemely important at this point. Hope this helps. I have done a lot of research into nutrition and TTC (I'm going to specialise in it later in my career) and I've never heard of this.
You should avoid drinking a lot of fruit juice because it causes spikes in your glucose levels, which is a bad thing.
The idea that poor absorbtion of vitamin E causes anaemia is not true. Amaemia is a condition that can be caused by lack of iron or lack of vitamin B12. Drinking juice would actually make amaemia less likely because the vit c would aid absorption of iron.

I am not a doctor, but drinking fresh fruit juices in a limit without any added stuff shouldn't harm.But u ask the doctor she would tell u better of....

it's not true... but drinking too much juice is not the best because it is so sugary. when you are pg you want to keep your blood sugar stable. smoothies or eating the whole fruit is best because then you get the fiber too.

I have not heard of this, but I would definately consult my nutritionist or the health department. Do not drink the juices
until you have consulted a professional, even your OB/GYN
