Prefer to use a clean wash cloth each time. However, if there are none...soap and your hand is next best option. I can't stand "resusing" the same cloth if it has not been cleaned. Heck, I even use a clean cloth or sponge each time I do dishes or clean the kitchen.

It depends, but I usually use a loofah and a sponge because it works better with body wash.

Just the soap on my hand. It's easier and less time consuming.
