Nope.

The people in question aren't particularly self-aware, so even if bad things happen to them as a result of their actions, they probably won't make the connection. And what's retribution without that?

The bible says that the retribution for sin is death, and it also says that you reap what you sow. There will be retribution God will see to it, because he is a just God.

It's a nice thought but there's no guarantee. Just ask the Old Russian people about Joseph Stalin who died of old age. Religion will say that he will be judged, but again, there's no guarantee.

By "bad" you mean the drug addicts, alcoholics, child molesters....I think their judgement is in their mind, being apart from God. God WILL judge lives at their termination, and claiming not knowing, or some other lame excuse won't work like it does with our court system/lawyers.
