Of course dreams can come true. If you have a dream and try to make it come true, then it most likely will. But if you meant dreams that you dream of in your sleep, then I don't think that would be very likely.

Depends on how you are choosing to define "dreams" in this moment. If you mean the dreams of reality in realtion to success and life acheivement then yes, of course. If you are meaning dreams in relation to sleep then yes, there is some truth to this. Many people have prophetic dreams that come true, or atleast certian aspects of them do.

ofcourse, why not ? if you really want to change them to reality and try doing so through thinking about it a lot, you'll see lifes slowly drifting you towards your dream.
