This question is not easy to answer.
But, I believe that anti-matter exist!
For example, there is electron (-ve) and positron (+ve) in universe.
However, anti-matter isnot stable and become less and less in this universe.
If there is another twin universe, then our universe is not unique.
So, I prefer to believe in unique universe!
At Big Bang time, there is matter and anti-matter existing.
So, there is parallel universe at that time!
But, now, we only can see matter in universe, anti-matter almost lesser and lesser
So, we can say that universe we live is unique as the twin universe is not stable and become lesser and lesser!

Absolutely. You are talking about quantum mechanics. I believe in infinite possibilities. Wouldn't it make sense that an infinite being like God created an infinite universe with infinite possibilities? You should look up String Theory, Stephen Hawking, or watch What The Bleep Do We Know.
(Dean Koontz's From The Corner Of His Eye also explains this theory in lay terms while placing it in a fictional story, might be fun for you to read)
