This depends on the age of the "baby." If the baby is less than twelve months, the answer is no. Infants at birth have a sterile bowel environment. Their bowels must have milk that is mother's milk or a formula that emulates the mothers' milk. Anything other than this type of introduction to the infant digestive system can cause severe cramping. Check the labels on all formula. Iron enriched formula causes a much higher risk of cramping at first, and the bowel movements will be nearly black so do not become alarmed.

Depends on how old the baby is. I started giving my baby 2% milk at 8 months and at first I had to warm it a little because the baby was use to a warm bottle. A little baby might be too small for that milk. Be careful. If the baby is old enough. Yes warming the mild is fine.

How old is the baby? Babies can not tolerate whole milk. It can really make them sick.
If you need formula and can't afford it, call your local health services department, a church...anything. Go and steal it! DO NOT give a baby whole milk.

only if they are over a year.
babies should only get mother's milk until they are at least 6 months, and then they should get mother's milk as well as healthy foods until they are 2 or 3. They don't need cow's milk!

Why? Any baby under 1 y/o should be on formula and after 5 months or so they don't need it warmed.
