As you changed your ISP, your IP changed as well. It is assigned by your ISP.
Also: every time you logon to the net, your IP changes, unless you have a static IP address. Only your ISP can tell you if your IP is Static or Dynamic.

your IP address changes every time you go on the internet... you do not keep the same one,,, so why change your account

yes, you need to hide your ip not to hange log in
there are some programs to do tis for you like hideIP or stigonus
