Register at the local Court/Council as an interpeter of japenese, let the nearest embassey know of your availability, let the local tourism board know , they may or youself may , give organised guided tours to japanesese tourists of your area , register to meet japanese at airports. there are a load of opportuities out there get out looking for them.
