If your partner tells you that he has desire for you but cannot kiss/touch you or be intimate and my first thought as a woman is someone else. He says no way.. He has been caught in lies to me before, says I cant handle truth...

Is it possible that a man can go 5 years and have no desire to kiss/touch/initiate intimacy and not be cheatin

always gives me one excuse after another, all lies...

Hi, Yes it is possible. There are many reasons besides his cheating that could be the reason for his low libido. Medications, especially blood pressure medication, can cause low libido and impotence. He might be under a lot of stress, or maybe he is clinically depressed. He might be gay. Regardless of what the reason is, both of you need to sit down and have a heart to heart talk. He at the very least owes you an honest explanation. If he refuses that than you should consider moving on to greener pastures. Good Luck!

Of course its possible just like it is for a woman but there is usually a reason.

He should visit a doctor and see if there is something wrong like Andropause.

Allot of men don't believe that Andropause is real but it is, ask a doctor, its a chemical imbalance in men that can be corrected with medication.

Here is a good website that may help you

Forget right or wrong- how about right or wrong for you? You have the choice to pick the person you want to be with you know! My husband has a hormonal problem so he has nearly no sex drive. But when it's there it's REALLY there. Perhaps he's not sexually attracted to you. It's not bad of him; it's just nature! I wouldn't suspect another woman. Just call it nature and go from there...hope this helps!

Having had to go through extended periods without my wife (overseas) I personally know that masturbation (can I say that on here) helps get a man through the tough times, but if he's still living in the same house with her, then that's another story.

Yes, it's very possible I know cause I'm finishing up my 6th year with this exact issue.

I'm happily married, and wouldn't even consider cheating in a relationship at my age (52).

Causes for his behavior could very well be a lack of confidence on his ability to please you in an intimate way. If you are accusing him of cheating, and he know's he hasn't been cheating, then you could very well have created this situation with your accusations over time.

Better questions would be, "Do you want to stay with a man who doesn't kiss, touch or be intimate with you?" and "Do you want a man who you feel tells you, 'all lies?'"

If you're convinced that he's lying, why bother? Dump him. Maybe he just hasn't the nerve to dump you.
Are you desirable? Is he gay? Is he impotent?
Maybe he has a health problem and is unwilling to admit it.
I suggest you both seek professional help.

5 years? Wow......I'm having a real hard time comprehending how you could stay with someone that long if you have feelings for them and they never reciprocate them. It sounds to me like either he is gay, has a medical condition he hasn't shared, or is just plain living off of you somehow. 5 YEARS? You need to move on girl.......QUICKLY....

junk that *ss! good for nothing d*ck...

i suggest you figure a way to find out whether he's cheating or not... or maybe don't be your usual self for awhile, say a few days... he should notice and if he meant his words whenever he said he loved you, he'ld ask you "what's up?"
