Not necessarily - not EVERYBODY is that interested in a motoring correspondent's motoring accident even if it IS a nice "touching" human story. Of course, a lot depends on what the programme is "up against" on the other channels - and is there any REAL need to take the micky out of Ross? We all know he can't pronounce his "R"s.
