ok check this out when i want to use the caps lock it comes up with small letters and when i try to get into a different website i go throught but then it sends me straight to yahoo mail
plzzzzzzzz help me fast

ya when i write number they r conveted in symboll,,is this is virus problem

Ya its surely a virus.

Coz if you get capital letters instead of small letter or character instead of number, then the problem may be with the hardware (Keyboard). But u r saying that u get symbols when you type number, which is not possible normally.

So just scan your system with an updated Antivirus software.
