I would bet its growing and will continue to grow. As India is becoming a larger economic player on the world stage there is opportunity and where there is opportunity there is wealth which in turn will lead to higher rates of consumerism which yields more advertising. Since India is growing a larger middle class that has some money to spend and a computer at home it looks like a great prospect as well as China. Learn Hindi or Mandarin in the near future it could come in handy.
