How do I do this.? Do I have to parcel it up and put HPs name and address on it? I am scared of losing my laptap

if it is being sent back to HP for repair then you will need to pack it in a secure box with plenty of packing around it,
you should have the manufactures return number... so what you do is make two big labels with the manufactures name and address and the returns number on it and also the sender name and address place one label on the top and one label on the bottom of the box..

inside the box you need to place a note giving the description of the computer faults and the returns number also your name and address and telephone number,,

and when you hand it over the the carrier make sure you get a receipt for the package that way you will have proof you have sent it should it get lost in transit also insure it

Parceline are quite good and reliable....I bought my laptop from Acer and I always use Parceline, if I require anything from Acer...go for it
