Used to be that there were Cinemanila festivals at the GReenbelt 1 theaters in Makati. Another place would be at the Cultural Center of the Philippines in Manila. Also, if you feel like going to Quezon City, the UP Film Center sometimes runs indie films at their Diliman Campus. Too, SM Megamall and Robinson's Ortigas also runs indie festivals. Cheers!

you should go to the Cultural Center of the Philippines or Robinson's Galleria in Ortigas or Greenbelt mall in Makati. If you're in luck there is a yearly cinemalaya filmfest held in the capital every year for indie films. just don't know the usual month it is held. if you are in Quezon City you can visit the UP theater in UP diliman campus. they usually screen indie movies there. some theathers screen indie movies throughout Metro Manila but for very limited time only.
