when you see a good looking guy (but stranger) and want him to talk to you?
like would u send out any signals?
assuming that you don't do this very often...just for the guy that you think you may be interested in once you see him
and how do us guys know when it is the right time to talk to you? does a smile from a girl means i can bother her and start a conversation? cause when i smile i don't really mean that i want to be bothered as smiling is a sign of niceness
assuming the scenario is on a bus or in a coffee shop

A slightly lingering eye contact smile is a good sign. Any smile really at all that isn't just quick and distant is a sign that a girl may be interested. I've done it a lot of times however none of the guys are ever either interested or brave enough. I think you should try a conversation sometime, it couldnt hurt. At least if they smiled there's an indication that they are nice! Snotty girls likely wouldn't smile at you at all.

A smile from a girl is a good start. Introduce yourself, ask if she is single, then ask if you could give her a call sometime. You are bound to get a "yes" sooner than later.

For me, I look at him for like 5 seconds than look away. I will start laughing and smiling his way. I will touch my hair and sometimes cross my legs. Eye contact, smiles and laughs.
