You know, this one really is straight forward. Disregard all the yeses, don't worry, all you need to do is drink your water a lot slower. In nutrition circles they call it chewing your fluid. Put simply this means when you have juice, fruit/vegetable, or water you need to take it one mouth full at a time thus giving your body a chance to assimilate (use) it. Otherwise you just peees it out, as you're experiencing, probably flushing out valuable minerals and vitamins along with it. What's the hurry anyway, dude? Is it just a boy thing, I think so. Always got to be the fastest hey. Just drink slower......................Um, sorry, I do tend to rabble a bit......hope I've helped a bit........:)

A lot of woman have an over-active bladder. I do for one. If this is the case, you won't be able to hold much urine before you feel the need to urinate and it's usually a lot worse at night. I take pills for mine because just a quarter full bladder starts causing a lot of pain. This could be what you have or maybe you should get checked out for a bladder infection.

You have nothing to worry about, you are healthy and have a good set of kidney's. If you really drink this amout of water a day good for you, and what you are experiencing is a normal response to the amount you drink.

You're flushing a lotta salt out of your system... This IS something to be concerned about...! I'd talk to a dietician and get an opinion, if I was you... Plus, you're probably overworking your kidneys as well...
