The going rate of Maths tutions is $25 per hour.....:-)
Anyways, am not going to do the entire thing.....here are the clues to solve such questions...
Always assume the smaller of the two numbers as an unknown say "x".
Therefore, here Warren's age is x.
Now form the equations. Therefore Erin's age is 3x.
After 4 years, Warren will be, x+4.
Erin will therefore be, 2(x+4)
Now solve the equations....Am sure you can stretch that much and fill in the gaps....:-))

Use E for Erin's age and W for Warren's.
Erin's age is 3 times Warren's: E = 3*W
In 4 years she will be twice as old as he will be: (E+4) = 2*(W+4)
Substitute "3*W" for E, in the second equation: (3*W+4) = 2*(W+4)
Simplify: 3W + 4 = 2W +8
Simplify: W=4
Substitute back: E=3*4=12
Check your work:
Today: Erin is 12, Waren in 4.
In four years, Erin will be 16, Waren will be 8.

Erin - 12 , Warren -4
12+4 = 16 4+4=8 16/2=8
There are other combinations that work as well. You really should do your own homework kiddo, getting the answer here is not going to help unless you learn how to do it instead of just copying it.

Different way of solution:
All know that
Difference in age between two will be the same at any age.
Since one’s age is 3 times the other, the difference in ages is 2 times the younger one, say 2w.
After 4 years, since one’s age is 2 times the other, the difference in ages equals the younger one (w +4)
2w = w +4
w = 4 other one’s age 3x4 = 12.
