I'm so confused by imagination only... but I'll be fine my friends!
And... by the way... Do you think we could ask serious questions by stupid ones? (sometimes)

I think wars should just be settled by playing xbox. Like Battlefield or Something.

Because both sides would have to agree to using a serious robot wars games to settle the dispute. They're at the extreme conflict stage because they are completely unable to agree.

There are plenty of other ways of resolving conflicts other than war and most of these are better than serious robot wars. Talking about it, discussion, mutual respect etc etc If there was any possibility of agreeing they would have done so already.

Personally I think the best way would be to use diplomacy (have a chat over a pint in the pub) THEN have a bit of fun with robot war games.

Because humans run robots, robots don't run humans. No human is going to submit to death or loss of his country because some robot won a war game. In the end, only a human has control over the forceful manipulation of another human.

To answer your good thinking question, I think I can say that we the humans do not go for "extreme conflicts" just for the Adrenaline rush; we do it for grabbing the real wealth of others, not the "Monopoly"/paper money.

Luckily, most humans do not feel that way...they are quite content with the electronic version of it. The proof is in the pudding - electronic game boxes sell, I believe, five times more than the personal computers. I understand that the few who are not going your suggested way is ruining it for the overwhelming majority of us.

I for one will not sacrafice my country, my values and concede victory to another country based upon the results of a robot game. As ideal as it is to have a bloodless war, to get to the point of decalring war, a country is not in the most ideal of situations. For my country I place on the alter of freedom my soul, not a remote controlled robot, for the will of my country and myself are one in the same. Consider this, had WWII been decided upon a robot game, there is a good possibility Germany would have won considering their stable of shrewd engineers, we would all be fascists right now.

Because most of them couldn't operate a robot.
I hate the media (sorry, just figured I'd mention that in passing).

when two countries have problems, their leaders should challenge each other in a battle of wits.

this will ensure that we will always have a smart president who knows what he's doing.
