♡YES!(*^o^*)
Take a look:
McDonald's Japan

MOS Burger:

WENDY'S Japan

...and on and on.
Take him to MOS Burger, he'll be forever grateful!(^_-)-☆
He'll have to wait outside though!
You can even buy hamburger patties sans bun at most markets, if he doesn't like too much bread...
Hope this helps!
You and your dog have a great time here in Japan.♡

Yeah they got McDicks in Japan.
Have you seen Pulp Fiction?
Because of the metric system, they don't have quarter pounders in Japan. But they do have big macs, apple pies, french fries (They call them "fried potatoes" though) and they also have some original menus only found in Japan.
Like the teriyaki burger.
The drinks are smaller in size than in the US though.
Think one size smaller. (So if you order a medium drink in Japan, you'll get a cup that's equivalent to a small in the US)
Yes they do have BBQ sauce but I don't think they carried honey mustard.....or did they?....I don't remember.
And they rarely have McRibs.
Last time I saw McRibs in Japan was way back in 2001.
And I think that was the first time they tried that out in Japan.
Also Ronald McDonald the mascot is called Donald McDonald in Japan. I dunno why but it bothered me the first time I heard it.
Oh and I don't really eat McDs anymore but back when I used to, I thought the fries in japan tasted better than the one in the US.
I think it's the oil that they use.
A better burger joint in Japan as mentioned above by some would be Mos Burger. Pricey for a burger and small in quantity but quality is very high. If you ever go, get the fried chicken. Not a fried chicken burger but a regular fried chicken wing. It's awesome.
Also if you have a chance the Kua' Aina burger in Shibuya is also very good. It's a Hawaiian burger joint and it's really quite good. Although this is also a bit expensive.

Yeah, like mentioned above, there is McDonalds, Mos Burger and Lotteria. All in all, hamburgers in Japan are HORRIBLE!!!
The only time I had a good burger was when I went to the Outback Steakhouse in Chiba. I am sure there are a few in Tokyo too.

Unfortunately MacDonald's has a global empire that extends to Japan as well. There are several other hamburger joints as well...Wendy's, Lotteria, and MOS burger to name a few.

Yes, there's Macdonalds, Lotteria, Wendys, etc. My favourite Japanese burger chain is MosBurger, but their fare would be a little bit pricey to feed to a dog. Lotteria is cheap, but I don't know if I would even feed that to a dog.

Yes, but if you go into a McDs in Japan they use raw cucumbers instead of pickles like we do. Not bad just different. Or at least that how it was in 1987.
