i have a bra, sorta like a sports bra with lining on it. The lining doesn't help at all! it just makes 2 lines when im wearing shirts. How do i get rid of the 2 lines on the bra?
P.S the lining is a tad bit off of the nipple. Does that mean the bra is too big? Or does that mean the bra is too small?

You can go to some department stores and they will measure you to get the correct fitting bra, and also help you find one that doesn't show lines all over the place :)

No way to get of the lines on the bra. The only thing you could do is wear a heavier shirt, or wear a cammy or tank underneath your shirt. This should hid the lines.

take a bra without line on it
i think ur nipple is hard apply a soft pad inside the bra

That just means your bra is a little to big. When that happened to me i just didn't really even wear it anymore.

My speculation is that you need to go to the departmental stores to check your bra size. Since I am a salesman in Victoria's Secret, you may want to enquire with me some of the problems you encountered when you wear your bra
