Website for women to show off their outfits?

Question

I've seen a website that was sort of a community for women to share photos of themselves in their favorite mix-and-match outfits but I can't remember what it was called, nor am I getting anywhere with searching by keyword. It was based on the idea of creating new outfits from stuff you already have instead of spending money on new outfits. Does any one around here know of a website that has this sort of thing?

I have already googled for the site and haven't found anything... hence my question
