"1000cc" refers to the amount of cubic centimeters of space within the engine's cylinders. "32 BHP" means that the engine produces 32 Brake Horsepower.

cc is reference to cubic centimeters. This is a measurement of the engines combustion chambers. The higher the cc's the more fuel/air mixture which means more power (theoretically). BPH is a measurement of the horsepower that an engine makes at the output shaft (crankshaft). An engine loses horsepower as it turns the transmission which turns the drive shafts which turn the wheels. Engines typically lose 10 to 20% of thier BPH before it reaches the ground.

1000cc is equivalent to roughly 1.0 liter; the size of the engine.
32bhp is 32 brake horsepower, does not mean actually power to the ground (hp), because it is measured by BHP.
