No, but I shall give you some tips. =p

1) Make sure the bread is good. Stale bread is gross, even if you are making a type of bread pudding.
2) Don't layer the bread with mayo, ketchup, mustard, etc. Do the minimum amount. Whats the point of layering on condiments if you are eating the sandwich for the meat or cheese?
3) Don't be afraid of lettace. Lettuce is good. Lettuce is not bad.
4) Don't be afraid to try the lower brand of things. It's cheaper and it is usually made from the same ingredients as the higher brand which is 25 cents more than you shouldn't be spending on that. Save that 25 cents for gum!
5) Smell the meat and cheese before you put it on your sandwich. No use to wasting good bread if the meat or cheese is bad.

& finally: 7) Don't eat it if it looks bad after you're done.
