If you mean recordings of conversations between technical support and customers, those are usually closely guarded by the companies that record them... for many reasons, not the least of which being privacy concerns.
If you search Google for "customer support conversation record" or "tech support conversation" or something along those lines, you may find some blogs of individuals who have recorded their personal experiences.
