Also one reason is that this particular site of the railway has more popups which also plays a role to access the site

I think you should try irctc.co.in for your queries. This site needs a login and password, and also if you are idle after logging in for some time, it would log you out automatically. This helps in reducing the load on server. In http://indianrail.gov.in/ there is always a lot of traffic, and server may crash
