Ask for an unbiased opinion. Take pictures of yourself. Ideally, your left foot should be slightly apart and in front of your right foot, your back should be arched back slightly, and your shoulders back..

Well, use basic posture, such as a straight back and such. Try and keep your eyes forward, and your head as high as possable while still holding the violin correctly. Hold the bow correctly, and try to use smooth, sweeping motions when you play. Feet slightly apart, I think.

while your sitting, u should be on the edge of a chair or w/e with your feet flat and legs slightly spread. you should sit straight with the violin on your shoulder in place your left fingers should be curled and your right hand fingers should be too. umm thats just the basics.

Bamma first chair for 5 years now. Bamma say he sit in front of mirror while he practice. Bamma say day in day out. Bamma say it a dog eat dog world.
