I think they are quite reliable! I did the temperature charting for 3 months which I didn't care for. But it was reliable too. My dr actually suggested the ovulation test kits b/c she thought they were less cumbersome than the manual temp testing 1st thing each morning. As far as the ovulation kit goes, the ones I bought said that if you know the number of days your cycle is (mine is 28) then you start counting from the 1st day of your period. Depending on how many days your cycle is, the kit includes a small/easy to read chart of what days you should start using the ovulation kit. For my cycle, it said to start using it 11 days after my period started. Since there are 7 testers in one kit, you can test for 7 days. On the 11th day through the 14th day, I tested negative, meaning I wasn't ovulating yet. I was getting discouraged after testing negative 4 days in a row. But I had 3 testers left and nothing to lose. On the 15th day, I tested positive, meaning I was ovulating between then and the next 24 hours. Since I had 2 testers left over, I kept those in case we needed to track it the following month. Sure enough, I didn't get pregnant so I needed to test again. I took a chance and waited to test this time on the 15th day. Bingo! I tested positive so I was ovulating/about to ovulate! I didn't have to waste another 4 testers! Hopefully you will have the same good fortune with the test kits. We haven't been able to conceive yet but at least we know it's not due to me not ovulating regularly! Hope this helps!

As you have a 30-33 day cycle, you ought to ovulate between days sixteen to 19. So, you havent reached that date yet. o.ok. are relatively tremendously efficient, especially in case you utilize them with on line calculators which permit you already know whilst your fertile days are. I have been given a BFP via BD-ing on the day in the past and the day of my useful OPK

It says on the test kits that it doesn't work with people with pcos. But my Dr told me to waste some money on a few of them. So we are. I guess we will find out...

They are EXTREMELY reliable. I like the urine ones versus the saliva ones myself.

my doctor recommended it to me... kind of sounds too complicated.. I would rather do natural family planning where you pay attention to your body temp, discharge and all that...
