Pick up your room. Get a haircut, get a real job. Stop staying up all night. Do something productive. Stop procrastinating. Do you think money grows on trees? He's not going to love you forever, he's just a flash in the pan. Where do you think you'll get with an attitude like that? Are you on drugs? Are you selling drugs? Great, my daughter's a druggie. Your brother's gay... do you have anything to tell me? You'll never graduate from anything. So... when are you moving home? We miss you. You know, you should really consider adoption...
(My mom was always good for a rant. Advice? Go anywhere but to a relative. Self-preservation, you know.)

From one of my supervisors. She is on the band wagon for stopping negative thinking. She will give you a lecture on being positive at every chance she gets.

churches are good places to find lectures. personally i don't like lectures, or churches for that matter...

ur parents example: wen my dad gets angry or wen we fite, he goes on lectures for ages nd ages..... he brings up 'sayings' nd he goes on 4EVA
