As a former secretary and going on 2 years unemployed, I would have to say a dry erase board with magnetic mounts for your refrigerator. And a computer.

I bought a little cheap PDA ($50-75) after getting a new hectic job a few years back, GREAT way to stay organized because you can set "permanent" settings, or plan things weeks, months, or YEARS ahead of time and every time that something is coming up, you can have a reminder set to ring an alarm and tell you what it is....
the best part is that you can use an "outlook calendar" on your computer and just dump it all onto the portable thing!

If you're willing to make an investment, purchase a Blackberry. At the end of each day, write in what you have planned for the next day and when you make appointments, write that in on your Blackberry. Having a few sticky notes in your purse and jotting down notes then logging them down may work too. A big dry erase board will also do the trick.

When I was failing in college.. they didn't know about Adult ADD. Nowadays you do have resources. I could list all sorts of organizational techniques here.. the internet is full of them. But ADD is the inability to stop thinking about it and JUST DO IT>.. You have a great resource, a creative mind that can think outside the box and see the "big picture". Unfortunately this great resource comes with the genes for ADD/Aspergers/autism spectrum of dysfunction. You will want to get some sort of support system going to keep you on track. This is critical. Try to see if your college has an ADD support group or counseling for ADD. Many do. Search your colleges website for "Disability Services"
