Nothing. Relative to the PS3 or XBox 360, they're a little weak, but there is nothing lacking from the gameplay if you ask me. In my opinion, some PS3 and XBox 360 graphics are so good they begin to get creepy. They cross into the realm called the "Uncanny valley." (Definition of uncanny valley in the link below)

Nothing is wrong with the Wii's graphics. If you base the quality of a console on it's graphics you must either be a 12 year old or a complete idiot. The fun of games has very little to do with graphics these days. I'm guessing by how your asking this very ignorant question you would much rather play a PS3.
No Wii game has gone all out on graphics anyway. The Wii is a very well put together system, and if it gets decent online play, it will be a god.
Now I'm not saying that both of the other new consoles arn't good, I quite enjoy the Xbox 360, but the PS3 is not up to par in anything. Sony was boasting about how they had the best graphics card on the market inside of the PS3, well a few weeks before it was released NVIDIA released a much better GPU. And for PS3's games, most all of them are horrible and have gotten poor reviews.

The wii rules. the graphics are not as good as PS3, but hey, we can't expect everything. X-Box has great online gaming and ps3 has... well other than a high price tag nothing much.
