Big Brother probably has better things to worry about, like things that matter. Unless you are talking about how you know Osama bin Laden and he plans to get a nuke tomorrow, no one will care. But even if they did, in order to figure out who you are the government must go to Yahoo! who will release information by court order only. In other words, they pretty much need a warrant.
