Free? well, you could scrounge up a pen and paper. Or on the computer, you might try out Inkscape.. www.inkscape.org. It works on a lot of computers. There's also XaraLX for Linux, xaraxtreme.org. Xara on windows is worth paying for. If you want a cheap painting tool, try out artrage. google it. Or a photoshop clone for windows is called Artweaver. Artweaver.de
