#1- Make sure your in shape, cause it'll kill ya trying to dance. If your not in shape, you will be after playing this addictive game
#2-Practice makes perfect. This is the only way your gonna get it.
#3- Adjust the settings if you are having difficulty with normal mode.
#4- Make sure you are careful when dancing on the pad!!

Well, you need to first master Beginner, Basic, and Another (that is, Light, and Standard).
Heavy is the second most difficult level in the series introduced in MAX. It replaced the name of SSR, also known as Maniac in 5th Mix and below.
All heavy stepcharts are complex, except those from 1st Mix, since they were ridiculously easy.
Now, if you play Heavy, avoid the MAXxes and Paranoia Survivor and its remix, Paranoia Survivor MAX.

Start from easy depending on the version you have it will show you a speed. Go for one with a constant speed not one that shifts due to pauses in the song. Slowly go up higher with those and do the practice modes where you can change and see the lines.
