Paranoia meets reality in ________. It is the first of a trilogy of psychological thrillers featuring Railze, a man who's existence is as secret as his abilities (and just as baffling). Psychological/ Thriller/Intrigue/Suspense/Drama/Spy Action/Mainstream Fiction.

The blackouts, the memory lapses, the shadowy men who chase him; Alex Railze won't stand a chance when his secret is revealed. Through the onslaught of falling satellites, inventive espionage, and a psychosis of global importance, he finds himself on the run from the NSA as he questions his own existence.

Set in modern day, a clandestine group finds a secret that could control the world's economy and with the assistance of Tristan, a man with a passion for inventive espionage, Alex becomes the prime suspect. With no options, no experience, and on the run for global terrorism, he must find a way to be like Tristan. Our only hope for survival lies in the third entity.

What title do you suggest?

I should add that Alex is the alternative personality of Tristan. Neither of each know about the other.

Alex works for the NSA who belives that he is a psychic. He has an IQ of 197, but Tristan is his exact opposite who has the same capabilities as Alex except he spreads his abilities out instead of clustering them together like Alex does. Of course Alex only exists when Tristan is off of his medication. If Alex could become more like Tristan, then he may be able to beat the odds. Of course, if Tristan dies, then Alex dies. If Tristan is given medication, then Alex will not exist. Alex is the only one who possess enough IQ to fix Tristan's espionage.

I know, the plot is complex, and I have not discussed what Tristan is actually doing, but my readers have over 400 pages to soak it up.

Nostrum

1 (noun): a medicine of secret composition recommended by its preparer but usually without scientific proof of its effectiveness

2 (noun): a usually questionable remedy or scheme

Maybe it fits, or maybe is doesn't...I was hoping to use it as a title for something-or-other at some point, but why waste such an incredible word on something that might never be? Anyways, good luck!
