Almost every question and answer I see on this site is poorly written, poorly spelled, and ungrammatical. The sad part about this is: the site has spell check! Does anyone know how to spell these days? Are kids just not learning anything in school anymore? Please provide a detailed response so that I may see examples of your proper spelling and grammar (or lack thereof). Thanks.

I know how to spell. and yes I use spell check. sometimes i type very fast and don't catch my mistakes SORRY i'm only human I'm not perfect like you
Also I have a Baby Daughter and I don't get a lot of sleep so that means i may a few mistakes. man i thought this was going to be a fun place NOT school.

I do know how to spell properly. I would spell it, P R O P E R L Y. I have found that yahoo spell check only works part of the time. There are words that spell check can't spell, that's in the Dictionary. The last part of your question, does kids learn anything in school anymore. Yes they do, my grand daughters have learned more by 9 th. grade than I did by graduation. I was the first in the history of my family to ever complete high school, and I did so with a B average. It makes me proud that my grand daughters are honnor roll students. And what makes you so stright laced that you can't let your hair down and just have fun here like others. Pleaz this isn't English class, even though English isn't my first language I think I'm doing pretty good. The majority of the people on here are yung and just want to have fun. I guess for some people, it's simply not important to spell correctly. To get your point across in the right context as well as not sounding like an idiot, it is important.

ok. you need to calm down. people do know how to spell. it's just that people tend to rush over things or they feel the need to use a short cut with all the slangs and every thing now, so understand.

Spelling was my best subject all through school. So yes, I can spell correctly and my sentance structure is fantastic.

That drives me completely nuts when people do that. Do they not have and extra 10 seconds to go over and correct what they wrote?
