Bill O'Reilly said Merry Christmas to Donald Trump today on his show and had said it many times before in this month. Just because he says Happy Holidays once doesnt mean he doesnt believe in Christmas.
He's only a Catholic. Doy!
Enough with consipiracy theories!

When I was a child, in the 60s and 70s, we said happy holidays quite frequently. I don't think using this greeting is a recent thing, but I do wonder why Billo would use it,given his apparent disdain for anything but Merry Christmas.
Oh, and I'm liberal and use both phrases, thank you. It's clearly a stereotype that doesn't fit.

I don't think Bill O'Reilly is against Christmas. In fact he was fighting for peoples' rights to celebrate Christmas. I'm not sure why he said "Happy Holidays" instead of Merry Christmas. Perhaps he wanted to reach out to more people?

Bill O'Reilly is his own man. He's no doctrinaire conservative. That being said, I doubt he intended anything special by saying, "happy holidays".

I guess even Bill isn't free from being PC programmed.
Funny, when I was growing up in school, we sang Christmas songs, even the Jewish kids did, and nobody made a fuss... ah, the good old days, before the dark times....

hahahaha... I'm assuming he did it without even thinking about it... the way most other people use the term... but when they do it, it's a "war on Christmas"
