I have wasted over 3 hours on the phone to BT home computing with no answer just that I am in a queue. If you talk to a person in the billing dept they tell me they cant sort this as it is a different dept and they transfer me and again I dont get answered cos I am in a queue. I have emailed and given a ref no and still no satisfaction. My answer to all this is that i am cancelling Bt phone, broadband and anything else that may derive from Bt and go to Telewest. I have been with Bt for as long as I can remember and there service has deteriated so much as to there now being no customer satisfaction
