I've been havin unprotected intercourse and I was spotting like a week before my period for about 3 days and now I'm having light cramps (not bad at all). I got my period the 22nd last month when should I be expecting it this month? i ain't stupid is not like i just got my period i would just like to know other peoples opinion.

so many things can cause it to be late or early. you should have had it sometime this week. the spotting is breakthru. again many things could cause it. a few are harmless, others are not. sweetie please, please get a check up.

Stephanie...Everyone's cycle is a little different, but 28 day cycle is the norm. You state "I a'int stupid" and that you've been having unprotected intercourse in the same paragraph. I certainly hope you are in a monogamous relationship in which you both have been tested for HIV. If not, please, for your own good, use protection every time! That will take care of this counting the days as well! Best of luck...

If you stress hard about it, you may skip a period (causing more stress)... Take a pregnancy test before the first trimester is over, so theres still time for abortion!

It means you better get to the doctor for (1) either prenatal care or (2) to find out what the problem is.

you know your body, you should be able to figure it out, start to use a condom unless your in the process of planning a pregnancy
