can you block calls made to 911?

no because by using *67 you are just blocking the number from the person you are calling. If they wanted to they could call the phone company because the phone company has a trace on the number even if you 'block' it using that process, so 911 would be able to trace your call.

even though they ask you for the number and if you can be called back at the number they all ready have it
and you should have no need to block the number unless your doing pranks?
