I am a nurse and will be working Christmas Day and New Year's Eve. Also worked Thanksgiving. Don't be a nurse.

OMG that's horrible! I know our video store is open on Christmas. I feel bad for the guys who have to work. Maybe they get all the Jewish people to volunteer first, that's all I can figure....

I do. I work as a chat host on an online bingo site and believe it or not there will be peeps playing bingo on Christmas Day. It will be fun though.

Right here! Making double-time and a half just for sitting around watching tv, going on the internet in an artsy-fartsy theatre. Doing the morning shift, so it's not too bad.

Not this year, but i have done it before though and had to walk about 10 miles to get to work to make sure the patents at hospital got fed. Then had to walk back home.

I do. But since I'm working as a pet sitter I get to stay in a really sweet house in a cool part of town AND get paid to stay here.
It's a nice kind of work.

I do..I work in a hospital Laboratory in an Oncology/Neurology Hospital. I'll be doing chemistry tests and crossmatching blood that day...

not me...i did do till two years ago...when i worked at an animal hospital..and always worked christmas days....now i changed my job..and have xmas days off!!! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

that sucks for you and no i don't have to work cuz i'm a certian age and i would have to go to school if there wasn't a such thing as Christmas Break!!! (where do you work anyways)!!
