A former client called me just to wish me a Merry Christmas and to say that I had really helped her. I was really touched and it made my day.

That was very nice of her. So few people say really nice things to others anymore...it's like it costs them a piece of their soul to do something kind for someone...so I always treasure and reward people who do kind things like that and always point out good things to people, both to them and in front of others...and I think they really appreciate that...especially children. I supervised the yard at school today for an hour and a half and although it was a struggle by the last half hour everyone was having fun and behaving because they were treated with respect and dignity....it's all people really want after all.
