What movie had the space people who had the funny walk like their knees bent forwards?

I think this was a movie from 2001. It was a comedy. When the space people walked their legs shot out forwards like their knees were on backwards?? They ran around like that for the whole movie

"The Arrival" had space people with knees like that but it was not a comedy.
