=a connection of sorts, could be friendly, of a romantic nature, playing. Touching is done by most species. Gennerally it makes me feel good. Happy Holidays.

The part of that person's body that I am touching, obviously.
For a friend it might be his hand, when I shake it, or I could pat him on the shoulder. The points of contact between straight men are limited by social and cultural mores.
As regards my fiancee, those inhibitions are not in force, and so not only can I feel any part of her body, but also I do .... frequently.
