Yes! But make sure to get a very high quality one, otherwise you might end up with a worthless jacket, which doesn't keep you warm.

It depends how lined they are. I have one that's fairly thick leather... it has a thin basic lining and no it is not winter-weight so it does not keep me very warm when it's below freezing outside.

Go to a leather specialty shop and the salesperson will be happy to show you which ones will keep you warm in the winter. There are tons of different styles for all different seasons.

I've never had a warm leather jacket..the best jacket I've had is down filled with a micro-weave outer shell, good in any weather!!

Yes. Leather is an excellent insulator therefore keeping the heat built up by your body inside.
